Nottingham Green Festival is free and entirely organised by volunteers.
You can read from the IPCC Reports that climate change has already caused widespread and substantial losses to almost every aspect of human life on this planet, and the impacts on future generations depend on the choices we make NOW. Nottingham’s Carbon Neutral 2028 pledge is just 3 years away.
The Green Festival therefore gives priority to stalls from Nottingham with a *direct* role in tackling the climate & ecological crisis – or mitigating its effects.
Since the 2017 Festival we have been 100% vegan and off-grid.
There will be 100 stalls including Voluntary groups, Small Green Businesses, Craft Workers and National Charities. There will be Local Food Producers selling baked goods, cakes and hot drinks as well as popular independent local Event Caterers.

Latest IPCC report states, with very high confidence, that "Climate change is a threat to human well-being and planetary health. There is a rapidly closing window of opportunity to secure a liveable and sustainable future for all"
