Read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ carefully, including sustainability criteria. Include ‘stall’ and your group name in the subject line and send brief details of your proposal, phone no, website, facebook, twitter & post town.
Bookings will not be confirmed until payment and your public liability insurance documents are received. If you foresee any issues please contact us.
Since the 2017 Festival we have been 100% vegan and off-grid. We are therefore asking stall holders not to bring generators, nor items that contain meat, dairy, honey, eggs fish or animal bi-products to sell at the festival.
Stall fees are for a 3m x 3m stall space. Additional space may be booked and charged pro rata. There is no increase in fees for the 2026 event (as was also the case for the 2025 event).
You must send proof of Public Liability Insurance, or contact us for advice.
Voluntary groups (with own insurance) – £20
We have protected small, local, voluntary groups from increased fees since 2016. However our reserves are now much depleted so, sadly, a small increase was necessary from 2024.
One day insurance (public liability only) where required – £12
We have a Solidarity Fund to assist with this cost for groups can’t afford it.
Small Green Businesses, Craft Workers and National Charities – £60
- For small green businesses, recognising the promotional opportunity of being seen by 5000 like-minded people.
- For charities with a national profile, offices & staff.
- For craft workers, noting the potential for sales beyond the actual day of the event.
Statutory Organisations: £60
Local Food Producers – £75
This is the one if you are selling baked goods, cakes, hot drinks and other foods suitable for consumption on the day.
Commercial businesses & larger statutory pitches – £75
If your company makes substantial sales, or has more offices or staff than us (we have none!) we urge you to step up to this category.
Event Catering – £120
All places allocated by invitation. We are pleased to have adopted & nurtured many new vegan catering businesses over the years, from Veggies Catering Campaign in the 1980’s to the dozen local vegan & vegan-friendly caterers that support the event.
