The festival is run by volunteers, all help much appreciated. If you can steward on the day, or help with planning and running the festival please fill this form in.

- Planning meetings
- The organising group meets on the 3rd Sunday monthly at the Sumac Centre and on Zoom. Please contact us for the meeting link, or to discuss options to join the meeting without zoom.
- Publicise
- Share the announcement / press release on your social media!
- Distribute publicity materials available from the Sumac Centre and at Veggies Catering Campaign events.
- Post your photos and reviews onto social media. Tag @NottmGreenFest or #GreenFestival
- Everyone that supports the event – stall holders, caterers, campaign groups, performers, volunteers & everyone attending – all are invited to share feedback & ideas via Facebook, Twitter or email to help the planning of the 2024 event.

- Support the event with small donation via the Fundraising page.
- Share photos
- Send links to your photos to share on the Green Festival Gallery or any reviews that you might know of for the archive. Follow our team photographer, Alan Lodge @tashuk
