We only have a email news list to which subscribers have chosen to join and another for internal admin purposes for the organising of the list.
We keep minimal details of stall holders on a spreadsheet. By having been involved in the event or by requesting information, people are deemed to have understood this.
None of this information is shared with others, although we may send out information on other like-minded groups or events.
We publish a stall holders list on the website containing public information, including website addresses & social media links. These details may also be shared on our social media or published on other publicity for the Green Festival.
